After reading Patrick Lamb's article:

less expensive
, I can only hope litigators see the need for alternative dispute resolution
in their practices. The article details some needed changes, but ones
that I doubt will be adopted anytime real soon or in any meaningful fashion.
ADR is the most effective and efficient resolution methodology in the
litigators toolbox.
