After reading Patrick Lamb's article:
10 things judges can do to help business litigation be more efficient and
less expensive, I can only hope litigators see the need for alternative dispute resolution
in their practices. The article details some needed changes, but ones
that I doubt will be adopted anytime soon or in any meaningful fashion.
ADR is the most effective and efficient resolution methodology in the
litigator's toolbox.
